We independently provide the free trade employment agency. We process personal data that you have entrusted to us in order to be able to provide our services as an employment agency (recording the job profile, application process, presentation to customers, information about results, follow-up).

Purpose and legal basis

Purpose: We collect your personal data in order to refer you to our customers (hotels, guesthouses, gastronomy, tourism). In the process, we mark you as a job seeker and collect data on professional skills and experience, as well as on the employment you are seeking. Only data directly related to the filling of vacancies or your intended professional use will be collected and processed.

Legal basis: This processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the mediation contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures that take place upon your request.

Furthermore, we use your data to comply with existing legal obligations.

Receiver

We share your personal data with our clients (hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, tourism) in order to propose you for specific jobs. We will not transfer the data to possible customers in third countries (outside the European Union or the EEA or to countries without an adequate level of data protection).

If we are legally obliged to do so, we will pass on your personal data to authorities and public bodies.

Retention period / storage period

If we reject or have to reject your application, e.g. because you do not meet industry-specific qualifications or legal requirements, we will delete your personal data no later than 7 months after rejecting the application.

If we process your application to our customers for the purpose of job placement, we store your personal data for as long as our contractual relationship is upheld and beyond that for as long as we are legally obliged to do so, usually 7 years after the end of the last successful placement.

If you do not fill in the required fields truthfully during the registration process, we will not be able to accept your registration and refer you.

Which data protection rights are you entitled to?

The following data subject rights are available:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).

Finally, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.

No automated decision-making pursuant to Art 22 DSGVO is carried out.
